Application
In Pickling : 0.1– 0.5 % on the pelt weight, 15 min before addition of acid In Chrome Tanning: 0.1-0.5 % on the pelt weight,10min after the first addition of chrome In Pickling and Chrome Tanning : 0.1-0.5 % on the pelt weight In Retanning : 2-5% on shaved weight, either with chrome or 10min later. Subsequently a minimum running time of 60 min. For E.I Tanning : 0.1-0.5 % on shaved weight, It will disperse the vegetable extracts that will give good pleasant color to EI leather. For uniform wet back 0.2-0.5 % can be used on crust weight
Properties
Balmol GP60 is a specially designed multipurpose product which can be used at any pH. It emulsifies and distributes the natural fat, thus when used in chrome tanning, it helps in getting even tanning by dispersing the chrome. Balmol GP60 can be used during Pickling, Tanning, Rechroming, Retanning and Dyeing. It imparts

Safety
A non-hazardous industrial chemical should be handled with normal care. Any contact with eyes or spillage on skin should be washed thoroughly in running water.
Storage
This product has 12 months shelf life when stored in original packing in sealed condition at ambient temperature. Protect from moisture & sunlight Avoid freezing. Stir well before use. Close Container tightly after use
